Frydenlund Bryggeri

Founded 1859 by Mads E. Langaard. The production was stopped in 1995. Frydenlund Bryggeri and Schous Bryggeri became 1962 in part of "De Sammensluttede Bryggerier" and merged to Frydenlund Schous Bryggeri in 1977. In 1978 it became part of Nora Industrier together with Ringnes Bryggeri. In 1983 was Frydenlund Schous Bryggeri and Ringnes Bryggeri merged to Frydenlund Ringnes Bryggerier, and from 1988 just Ringnes AS. The company was in 1991 bought by Orkla, and in 1995 was the productionfacilities of Frydenlund Bryggeri closed. A star and the initials ML (from the founder), was in 1884 registed as the first trademark in Norway. |
