Stewart Brewing was founded in Edinburgh as a local, independent brewery 2004 by Steve and Jo Stewart and was based on two very simple principles. To produce the highest quality beers possible and to provide an exceptional service to its customers.

  

Coconut Porter
This bountiful beer is deep, dark and full of mystery. A full robust porter with big chocolate & coffee flavours, underlay the subtle combination with toasted coconut providing a big hitting beer with a heavenly, silky smooth finish.

Hollyrood

Introduced November 2009. World's Best Beer Gold medalist two years running for the catagory Best Pale Ale.

Based on our IPA malt grist but bolstered by the wonderful American Amarillo Hop our Hollyrood is a world class pale ale.

Pale in colour with a full fresh citrus aroma, Hollyrood has a light body, moderate bitterness and tangy grapefruit flavours.
Hops: Magnum and Amarillo
Malt: Maris Otter and Wheat
Hollyrood. ABV 5,0%. 2012.
