A blend of dark ale and oak-aged barley wine. The beer is brewed and racked into oak whisky casks before being hidden away in cellars. Brewed from natural Cornish spring water, Maris Otter pale ale malt, Crystal and Roasted malts, dark brewing sugar, First Gold, Fuggle, and Styrian Golding hops and coriander.
