Made as a cooperation between Danske Ølentusiaster and Troldhede Mikrobryggeri. Released september 2. 2006. The beer is named after a franciskan monastery founded in Kolding in 1286. The monks was called gråbrødre (gray brothers) after the color on there clothes.
Gråbrødre Klosterbryg is made on belgian Abbey-yeast and brewed with barley, wheat and rye. Added Curacao, sweet orangepeel and coriands. Totaly made 1400 bottles. |
