From 2008 where Peter Van der Borght with Luc Sempels Discart Jo and Paul Van der Borght started together.

The brewery was first called Brouwerij Lupus. The latin name for wolf and almost similar til the name of hops.

In 2014 the name change to Brouwerij Wolf.
