Grimbergen Abbey was relaunching beer production in 2021.

To mark the occasion, several new beers have been added to the Grimbergen range and can be recognized by their distinctive labels. Note therefore the arrival of the Astrum (a Pale Ale whose name refers to the observatory present in the abbey and the Galaxy hops), the Ignis (a quadruple nod to the phoenix, emblem of the abbey ) and the Magnum Opus (a "brut" with Champagne yeast).
