Charles Caulier, a former miner, created in 1933 bières1 a distribution company. In 1980, his grand-son Roger moves into the former premises of the tannery Tensier to Péruwelz2. In 1995, he began to brew his own beer with the recovered material in other breweries like Brewery Haacht or De Neve in Schepdaal. This early success through the production of beer Bon Secours it sells bottles of retro style with mechanical plug. The current team of 11 people breaststroke 100% natural beers, applying traditional methods of manufacture and local ingredients. The brewery produces 500,000 liters of beer a year, under different brands such as Bon Secours, Peace God.3 or Pater Damiaan. |
